Daunte Crawford

Daunte is a football development and sporting operations expert with experience across professional football, sports technology, performance, and club strategy. He is Domestic Football Club Development Manager at the Football Association of Wales, where he supports the development of domestic clubs, their football operations, player development, governance and commercial sustainability. Previously, he was Head of Sporting Operations & Product Consultant at Rezzil, where he supported clubs and individual athletes with performance technology and data driven insights.

Jonathan Stoop

Head of Football Intelligence

Jonathan is a football intelligence analyst and an AI systems builder. He has worked in recruitment and player analysis for clubs, agencies, and ownership groups in Europe and North America, including KAA Gent and NK Domazale. In software, he leads AI product strategy — designing and deploying the systems  that scale AI across a business. He is a founding member at Zero to One, where he leads intelligence and US operations.

Lukas Brandl

Lukas has coached youth football since 2016 and holds the UEFA A Licence. Since 2021, he has maintained a leading role as Technical & Sporting Director in transforming Austrian side SV Ried where he is responsible for club-wide development from u15s to the 1st team, resulting in promotion to the 1st Division and the provision of the most U21 national team players of any club in the country. He is a founding member at Zero to One, where he leads the Sporting Director's office.

Phillip Melchior

Head of Physical Performance

Phillip is an expert in sports science. Besides consulting for numerous  individual athletes, he has led the sports science department at SV Ried where he was responsible for the physical development of all academy players and the second team. He currently holds the role as the head sports scientist of the Austrian football federation’s female football academy. He is a founding member at Zero to One, where he acts as the head of physical development.

Israel .T. Agboola

Israel is a recruitment expert. Since 2020, he has been developing  cutting-edge methods and approaches to player recruitment and squad building. He has consulted for various European football clubs and football-adjacent organizations. He is the founder of Zero to One.
